Kempinski Hotel Aqaba

I have just arrived home from my vacation in the Kempinski hotel in Aqaba. The positives of this hotel are endless! i've been in a lot of hotels in Aqaba and around that area, But I have never seen a hotel with such a great experience from the rooms of how clean and luxury they are and the Seaview was the cheery on the cake! and the experience was the most luxurious and good tasty dinners i've ever seen especially in a hotel. Moving on to the staff, I give all of the staff members a solid 10/10! especially from a really nice lady was working in the Olea restaurant, Her name was "Daisy" every time me and my family saw her she was always greeting us with her smile and her kindness! she made are evening dinner a really great and unforgettable. She's the main reason from the the many reasons that i'm typing you this recommendation. hope she sees this recommendation because she's the best and deserves the best! Really god bless her! And i'm really upset that my vacation ended so quickly in the Kempinski hotel. i'm looking forward to get back for another vacation to this hotel any time soon. Aodai Bdarni

The level of service is higher than usual! The employees were kind and generous and had a high sense of service, The cleanliness in the hotel was above normal, the food in the dining room was simply delicious, clean and arranged in an excellent way. The service at the pool was amazing, an employee went around with cold towels and distributed them to the guests to cool themselves down, in addition to that, another employee went around and cleaned the sunglasses for the guests. The room service was excellent, 3 times a day they would check the rooms if something was missing. I’m speechless, was amazing 🤩

Beautiful hotel with everything working just the way a five star hotel should – fast courteous check-in with the type of personal service that is hard to find these days, beautifully appointed rooms with stylish bathrooms with both shower and bath, and every modern amenity, gorgeous outdoor pool area with heated jacuzzi, shallow sunbathing pools, huge rectangular pool for swimming lengths and a swim-up pool bar, which made great cocktails. The hotel also had a private beach and its own dock for boat tours. They offer their own snorkeling, diving and watersports, so you don’t need to book with an outside operator. One lovely touch was the sunglasses cleaning service where a waiter with a tray of cleaning products went around the sunbathing area and offered to clean your glasses for you! The hotel restaurant offered a marvelous buffet breakfast and they had very tasty dinner restaurant (Rehan Lebanese Cuisine). We also tried out the massage services and the masseuse was excellent and reasonably priced for a five star hotel. The pool area was fairly crowded but it was summer so that is probably to be expected and despite this, service was on point and everything was cleaned constantly. Excellent management of all common areas, outside and inside. Another nice touch was the friendly doorman who was able to assist us with taxis and when our independent tour was running late, and who plied us with cold water bottles for our trip to the desert. We only stayed one night yet he remembered our faces and always had a nice word to say to us - such an asset to the hotel to have helpful and friendly staff who make you feel truly welcome.

This is a spectacular hotel. We were in a premium room with a view of the Red Sea and it lived up to expectations. The room was fabulous, the staff were incredibly helpful. The pools were wonderful, as were the bars and restaurant. One minor issue (bath/shower mixer tap was stuck) was fixed within an hour. The beds were comfortable, although they werent the best I have ever been in so certainly no complaints but it got a smile rather than a big smile! It was so nice, we didnt leave the hotel, although next time we would venture into Aqaba itself which looked nice.

Everything about the Kempinski was fabulous - a luxury hotel that exceeded our expectations. Large comfortable modern room with great facilities and lovely toiletries. Excellent breakfast and brilliant staff throughout. The private beach was relaxing and calm. The location is 5 minutes walk from Aqaba town with its wide range of cafes and restaurants. The hotel, even when full was airy and relaxed and our stay was flawless.
